Have not received my exchange

I placed an order 353809 it didnt fly so I returned it for an exchange last month and still have not received it. I contacted customer Service via email and phone on multiple occasions and no response. Please call me at +173******** so I can get a refund or my Exchange.

Still waiting on my exchange

Problem finally solved

Hi, I originally sent a Small and an XSmall waistshaper back to the company for 2 exchanges to Mediums. I was ghosted for 6 weeks, not getting replies to my emails, and no luck with their phone number that took me to a bogus call center. I finally, after weeks, tried the chat feature, which was a dead end, because there was no one on the other end of the chat. 2 days later, much to my surprise, someone contacted me, and asked me what my concern was. Yay!! A human!! The next thing I saw was a refund of the purchase price of one of them!(They said refunds were against company policy in the guidelines.) Then came 2 mediums!! Holy cow!! What ever pressure your company and Klarna put on my case, worked. I am grateful!! Thank you!! Barbara

No service at all

Hi, I havent heard a word from them. It is impossible to contact them. Their phone number goes to a call center, that when I asked if I was speaking to Waistshaperz, the person said, no, this is [something different] today. And email goes unanswered. I am due two medium waistshapers to replace the two I sent back to them. I am so frustrated.

Can’t get ahold of them for customer service. Their phone number is bogus!!

Im trying to find out where my medium exchange is for the small waist shaper I sent in. My Dr said I would fit a small. Ive tried emailing them on their form 2 times. They said they would get back to. Me in 24-48 hours. No contact. I called their customer service number. Its bogus. Its for a fly-by-night scheme. All I want is some answers. I just sent in my second waist shaper, that I did hit the Medium on when I ordered, but when I checked the confirmation, it said XS. They dont refund money but do offer exchanges. My Dr Recommended this company. Its been a headache for me.

The company still hasn't responded to my email.I tried the shaper on my 11 year old, who is super tiny, and it wouldn't even fit her. This is definitely not a 2 XL.

I ordered a zip up corset on 6/13, through Klarna. I received it on 6/29. It smells like rubber and cheaply made, and it is too small. I have worn a sz 2x for years and is what I ordered. I wear a sz 10 and L. It wouldn't even almost fit. It is a joke. I reached out to customer service over 4 times now and no response. I canceled through Klarna, so they don't receive any more payments. My next step is to my local Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. I don't play these type of games. All the good reviews are fake.

This company is a fraud, do not order from this website/company. This company sent me the wrong products, and they did not fully fulfill my order. When I call the customer service phone number provided for them, someone answers with hello and once I tell them what I am calling about (saying the company name) they immediately hang up the phone. I will be disputing charges with my bank and filing a police report because these people are stealing money. When I search for my order number using my receipt, it says that my order is not found.

This company is a hot *** mess periodt. I order a waist trainer on April 13th, but haven't received anything as of April 29th. I personally will NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered February 2020.... I havent received my order 345400. Over 6months now and nothing yet. Value of items ordered $248. I want the items delivered. Waistshaperz is the worst company I have ever encountered. Highly disappointed. They should made to face lawsuits. You cant collect peoples money and not deliver goods.
